Junior Designer
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Designer to join our creative team. As a Junior Designer, you will work closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams to support the development of visually appealing designs across various mediums. Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers and the creative team in creating compelling visual designs for marketing materials, and assist engineers.
- Collaborate to understand project requirements, target audience, and key messaging, ensuring designs align with the overall brand strategy.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and ideate creative concepts for various projects.
- Help with the production and editing of digital assets, including resizing images, retouching photos, and optimizing graphics for different platforms.
- Support the development of website designs and user interfaces.
- Create visually engaging EETech Network content, including ads.
- Create and maintain design assets for consistency across projects.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve your design skills.
- Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work within given deadlines.
- Actively seek feedback from senior designers and implement changes as necessary to improve design quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in BSIT, BMA, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate designs that meet specifications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and make necessary revisions to designs.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and driven work ethic, team player mindset.
