Responsibilities

Manage content publishing tasks for clients daily, utilizing Sitecore Experience Manager (XM) to build, preview, and publish content.
Work closely with clients to manage content publishing schedules and ensure adherence to their direction.
QA content for accuracy and application, ensuring compliance with branding and content guidelines established by the client.
Deliver high-quality content tasks on schedule, consistently meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
Troubleshoot CMS issues as required, working collaboratively with the client's technical team to find solutions.
Maintain clear communication with the Client Content Management Lead regarding issues, process gaps, progress updates, and proposed solutions.
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement content strategy.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve website traffic and visibility.
Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain a well-organized content library with precise tagging and version control.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in content management and digital marketing.

In-depth knowledge of Sitecore Experience Manager (XM).
Proven experience as a content creator or editor, with a strong understanding of content marketing principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with content optimization for search engines (SEO) is preferred.
Familiarity with analytics tools and data interpretation is a plus.
Familiarity with the electronics and electrical engineering industries (preferred).
