Webteractive Solutions ("Webteractive," "we," "us") operates this website. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit the site, how it's used, and your choices regarding that data.
Information collected
Contact form submissions
When you submit the contact form, you provide your name, email address, and message, and optionally your company and role. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and for our own records of that correspondence.
Job applications
If you apply for a role or join our talent pool — by email or through the contact form — we keep your message, résumé or CV, and any portfolio links you share, so we can consider you for current and future openings. You can ask us to delete an application at any time using the contact details below.
Third-party services
This site uses three third-party services, each of which may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:
- Google Analytics — to understand how the site is used: pages visited, time on site, and referral sources. Google's privacy policy.
- Meta Pixel — to measure whether our advertising leads to contact form submissions and job applications. It records that a submission happened, not what you wrote. Meta's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — to check that the contact form is being used by a person rather than a script. It runs only on the contact page. Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Apart from the conversion signals sent to Meta described above, we do not share personally identifiable information with third parties for advertising.
Server logs
Like most websites, the server automatically collects standard log information including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used for security monitoring and site performance.

Data sharing

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to address your inquiry and for our records. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of the analytics provider.
Your rights
Webteractive Solutions is based in Davao City, Philippines, and handles personal data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Under that law you have the right to be informed about, to access, to correct, and to request deletion of your personal data, and to object to its processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We aim to respond within fifteen working days. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
