About the role

We are currently hiring a Lead Specialist to manage and optimize our lead nurture process through targeted email campaigns, and to support our newsletter creation efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Exposure to technical/industry content (engineering, electronics, B2B tech, or similar).
  • Proficiency with MailChimp or a similar email marketing platform, project management platforms (e.g., Monday), and Content Management System (CMS) experience is preferred.
  • HTML newsletter design or editing experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to catch inconsistencies in written content, layout, and design.
  • Familiarity with graphics and a feel for design.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently while collaborating with other stakeholders and departments — newsletters require a team effort.
  • Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working directly with clients.
  • Able to collaborate and work closely with teams internationally.
  • Proactive in providing status updates and taking initiative when escalation is required.

Responsibilities

  • Review the client's campaign portal, ensuring all asset/order requirements are provided to move forward with the next phase of lead nurture campaigns.
  • Responsible for client asset follow-up, ensuring timeliness for email deployment and lead completion with campaign duration at the top of mind.
  • Content landing page build using the content CMS platform and the client's assets to support lead gen nurture efforts.
  • Building of lead nurture emails, ensuring content, branding, formatting, and layout in the newsletter are accurate and within guidelines.
  • Reporting and reformatting of lead template into final lead nurture report, adhering to all clients' requirements.
  • Oversee and enforce deadlines in every phase of the process — from asset collection, newsletter creation, client review and approval, to email deployment.
  • Support in the creation of HTML newsletter operations, asset recruitment, newsletter build, audience circulation build, and deployment.

— Culture

Why people stay.

01 · Learning

Constantly learning.

Conference attendance, learning budgets, and bi-weekly knowledge-sharing sessions are part of the job. You're expected to stay curious — and given the time and resources to do it.

02 · Community

Do good, be good.

The team maintains open source packages like make-action, runs an apprenticeship program for emerging talent, and organizes community outreach — from coastal cleanups at marine sanctuaries to visits in remote upland communities.

03 · Flexibility

Work from anywhere.

A flexible hybrid that adjusts monthly. Trust and autonomy to do your best work — wherever you are.

— Perks & Benefits

The fine print, in plain language.

  1. 01

    Flexible hybrid work.

Adaptive hybrid — schedule shifts month to month so the team can plan around real life, not the org chart.

  2. 02

    Holidays & PTO.

All national and local holidays, 20 days of paid time off, and a birthday leave — yours, no questions.

  3. 03

    Monday–Friday, day shift.

Standard Monday–Friday day shift. Occasional overtime when a launch or deadline calls for it — not as the default.

  4. 04

    HMO for you and family.

Comprehensive HMO benefits for you and your dependents — your whole family covered.

  5. 05

    Mandated benefits, on time.

All mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) handled on your behalf, on time, every month.

  6. 06

    Annual team events.

Yearly events that bring the studio together — beach trips, team buildings, milestones worth marking.
